About Dr. Agustin

Hildy Kellman Agustin, Psy.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist in Portola Valley, California. Dr. Agustin provides neuropsychological testing and in-depth psychotherapy in a private practice setting.

Dr. Agustin is on medical staff at San Mateo Medical Center. She has taught master's level courses on psychological assessment at San Francisco State. She has experience providing neuropsychological testing for forensic and Workers' Compensation cases.

Dr. Agustin has trained at the following places:

• Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, providing psychotherapy and neuropsychological testing for hospital inpatients and outpatients with spinal cord, brain, and burn injuries.
• UCSF AIDS Health Project, providing short-term psychodynamic psychotherapy and neuropsychological testing to HIV+ outpatients.

Dr. Agustin graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College in 1992. She received her Psy.D. from John F. Kennedy University in 2000. Her dissertation focused on identity issues in biracial adults. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, California Psychological Association, Santa Clara County Psychological Association and Northern California Neuropsychological Form.
